Place of delivery
We offer various options in both the delivery and collection of items to suit each family. :In our centre (free), at the airport or in your accomodation. ALWAYS with pre booking and at the arranged time.
What are our opening times?
Our basic opening times for delivery and collection are from 10 am til 7 pm MONDAY to FRIDAY and 10 am til 2 pm on SATURDAYS.
However we can offer our services outside these times strictly and ALWAYS with pre booking at an arranged time.
Always pre book
Our centre is ONLY a delivery and collection point for confirmed reservations (There is no free access)
It is necessary to make reservations and confirmations at least three days in advance to be able to confirm availability and delivery options.
Friendly service
We offer a very personal service for each family so when you make a reservation for a delivery at a certain time a staff member will get in touch with you to confirm everything and deal with any doubts or incidents.
This contact will preferibly be by Whatsapp.
Payment
The full payment must be received (including deposit) before delivery.
To take into account
The photographs in each category of items are purely for demonstration. The characteristics and functions may differ slightly from the photos, being different makes, models or colours.
Car seats will be delivered but WILL NOT BE FIXED IN THE CAR.
